I confirm the bug! but with really different effects.
I uploaded two screenshots for ease: https://imgur.com/a/Vr1JahR

in the first, it shows what I see just opening the .odp file
in the second, it shows the (F5) full-screen appearance and as you can see it
misses much elements.

Version: 6.1.4.2
Build ID: 6.1.4-4
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.20; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; 
Locale: it-IT (en_GB.UTF-8); Calc: group threaded
