Hi! 

I can confirm the problem. The Anchor jumps the the previous page when moving
the image and thus my "disable off page positioning" patch removes the content
of the rectangle. I'll look into it! I think I have to add an exception for
this kind of anchor. Maybe really similar to
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=120839
