Calc (default) cell borders not drawn in a certain case

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Notice the missing (grayish) lines on top an left

Actual Results:
Not all cell borders are visible

Expected Results:
Visible borders


Reproducible: Always
