Bug ID: 123048
Summary: Misaligned content when printing Herma 4334 labels
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 4.4.5.2 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: piotr at brozek.ml
Description:
I created few sheets 4334 Herma A4 labels. Measurements shown in Writer
template are OK. But when I try to print a sheet of labels (every cell with the
same content), the print out is misaligned horizontally.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create New -> Labels -> Herma A4 (4334 size)
2. Fill with two, short rows of text, click New Document
3. Insert proper, original sheet of labels.
4. Try to print
Actual Results:
The bottom labels are printed too high, I think about 4-6 mms. The problem
begins at 4th row and gets worse in every following row of the sheet.
I checked printing on two different laser printers.
Expected Results:
Text should fit correctly into label cells, as shown in template. Especially
horizontal alignment should be maintained.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
What I checked:
- sheets of original Herma 4334 ar the same size as A4 format.
- top and bottom margins for labels are the same
- printer tray is working smoothly
- printer settings are for A4 format (shrinking etc. - off)
The same bug exist in newer version – 6.1.4.2 (x64)
