Stephan: I think that the issue here is that the
"com.sun.star.comp.sfx2.BackingComp" node in
officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/ProtocolHandler.xcu has
install:module="start", but this isn't handled in the respective makefiles
(i.e. officecfg/Configuration_officecfg.mk and
postprocess/CustomTarget_registry.mk).
