I can't reproduce the problem with your document too, but I have the same
problem with another document. After insertion all formattings are replaced by
"Liberation Serif 12" - just like yours.

I think this bugreport could be a duplicate to
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=120068

I created a comment there and had add an attachment. I hope this file could
show the problem to others... I don't want to spam by posting all twice now. So
I hope you could switch to the other bugreport to...
