Description:
LO BASIC Numbers eg 1.2 export/print as 1,2. No issue in LO 6.1.63, new in LO
6.2.4.2 x64.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set numeric variable to decimal fraction
2.Export/print variable value
3.that's it..

Actual Results:
1,2

Expected Results:
1.2
