@Magnus : please only report one problem per bug report.

Taking your first problem, please provide step-by-step details of how you
produce a page numbering starting at 5 on actual page 1 of your document.

Also preferably provide a sample document with instructions where this can be
reproduced.

or DOCX formats. Please be precise when you mention which format, and if
possible, which years are covered by the format as this is important with
respect to our filters. Again, a sample document showing the problem is more
useful generally than a simple description.
