Description:
Alt + D = Données
and
Alt + D = Edition 

Alt + F = Fichier
and
Alt + F = Fenetre

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Calc
2. Press Alt F ... then esc...
3. Press Alt F again... you might see another menu (Fichier or Fenetre)

Actual Results:
You see alternatively one menu or the other...
There should be 2 menu access with the same letter.

Expected Results:
Each Alt + key should open a single menu.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
Same Issue with Impress (always with the french keyboard mapping)
Alt + D is attached to opening Menu Edition and Menu Diaporama.
