In Notebook bar tabbed view, the Layout tab -> Page Size listbox.

Confirmed on Windows 10 Home 64-bit en-US with

In Default rendering mode, get a continual droplist refresh that flashes/blinks

In OpenGL rendering mode, the panel is empty. But mouse over responds with
empty widgets.
