Description:
Attached user made document has a paragraph formatted with style in the footer.
Opening this in LO gives the paragraph style 0.42 cm above and 0.21 cm below
spacing instead of the original 0.
Copying the paragraph to the main text area gives no such error: spacing is 0
as expected.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.      Open attached document
2.      Check the spacing setting of the western style in the footer, compare
to Word


Actual Results:
Extra spacing is added.

Expected Results:
No extra spacing.
