Don't roll

Tested in Linux Mint 19.1; LibreOffice x.x.x - 6.3.x
Modul: Writer

This is a very old problem.

-- Open new document
-- Table - Insert Table - Rows: 40 (or more) - click Insert
-- Now, try to select with the mouse the rows:
--- Move the mouse pointer the table left side ( the icon changes: -> )
--- Move down the mouse pointer

When you reach the bottom of the screen, the screen doesn't roll.
