Please copy and paste here the contents of your Help - About. This allows us to
know more about your system.

You could also test with a master (6.4) build as an appimage:
https://libreoffice.soluzioniopen.com/

I think I've seen this problem on some systems, but I haven't noticed them on
my own at least recently (and cannot repro now).

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
