What changed in my current version:

Version: 6.2.4.2 (x64)
Build ID: 2412653d852ce75f65fbfa83fb7e7b669a126d64
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; VCL: win; 
Locale: en-US (nl_NL); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded

is that after saving and reloading the document, the image in the test document
(after test) is now exactly right again.

So I think that the new row height adapting parse at load time has something to
do with it?
If you adapt the controls to row height right away after row insert (or
something similar) then this bug would be resolved.
