Description:
Rework Add/Edit AutoRedaction subdialogs

These subdialogs have some layout and UX problem for me (see screenshots on 2
page in file from attach)

I suggest fix and rework it: 
don't allow change size of the subdialogs
make Content field bigger and multi row to see all content without scroll

there are some problems in Add/Edit AutoRedaction subdialogs

Expected Results:
Add/Edit AutoRedaction subdialogs looks fine


Reproducible: Always
