Description:
MS Word document with Citation reference in Footnote is not rendered
successfully. Stopped rendering from the footnote reference.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attached document with LibreOffice Writer
2.Note the document stopped rendering after first footnote reference


Actual Results:
Document not converting entirely. 

Expected Results:
Document not converts entirely.
