It has been pushed to "libreoffice-6-3":

tdf#126306: ignore Top10, Empty and NonEmpty in fix for tdf#117276

It will be available in 6.3.0.2.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
