Description:
In Writer and other Component, Export To PDF button and other button's  hint
under MacOS, Chinese characters are not displayed properly

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install Simplified Chinese Language
2.open writer 
3. move the mouse over "Export to PDF"

Actual Results:
Chinese characters are not displayed properly

Expected Results:
Chinese characters are  displayed properly


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
