Example spreadsheet file with hidden grid lines

Changing the display of grid lines does not happen when opening an xlsx file
with grid lines turned off.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create a new spreadsheet with LibreOffice Calc or Microsoft Excel.
    2. Switch the View Grid Lines (Menu → View → View Grid Lines)
    3. Check that grid lines are hidden
    4. Save the document as XLSX format
    5. Reload the document
    6. Switch the View Grid Lines (Menu → View → View Grid Lines)

Actual results:
The grid lines do not appear.
However after saving and reloading the file they do appear.

Expected results:
The grid lines appear immediately.
