Original document test as seen in text above.

After installing LibreOffice 6.2.5.2, I found two problems. First, Clear
Formatting causes the text to revert to "default" instead of "Text Body".

But when I past something from my desktop software, WordSearchBible
(wordsearchbible.com) I get a blank "default" line.

Here is a paste from the Word Processor where I explain the issue:

======================
LibreOffice Writer 6.2.5.2 Paste Failure
1Co 3:1 And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual men, but as to
men of flesh, as to infants in Christ. 2 I gave you milk to drink, not solid
food; for you were not yet able to receive it. Indeed, even now you are not yet
able, 3 for you are still fleshly. For since there is jealousy and strife among
you, are you not fleshly, and are you not walking like mere men? (NASB)

I started this document with the heading, hit return and got the Text Body
style. I pasted in the text as you see in the second paragraph. This only works
once. I skipped the third paragraph and started this forth paragraph. Below, I
enter 3 paragraphs (hit enter) and then paste the same copy into the middle
one.

You will see, the middle paragraph turned to Default Style, but there is no
text. In the next paragraph, I will copy and paste the 2nd paragraph two
paragraphs down. This will work.

(NASB)

If I paste special- text only, I get the text as you see below (I am using a
fresh copy)

1Co 3:4 For when one says, "I am of Paul," and another, "I am of Apollos," are
you not mere men? 5 What then is Apollos? And what is Paul? Servants through
whom you believed, even as the Lord gave opportunity to each one. 6 I planted,
Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth. 7 So then neither the one who
plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.
(NASB)

You can see that the copy pasted the unformatted text and converted the
paragraph to Default Style.
What I have been doing as a work-around is to paste the text into WordPad, then
copy and paste the text from WP into here. Here is the same copy as the black
copy above, but pasted into WP, then copied and pasted here:

1Co 3:4 For when one says, "I am of Paul," and another, "I am of Apollos," are
you not mere men? 5 What then is Apollos? And what is Paul? Servants through
whom you believed, even as the Lord gave opportunity to each one. 6 I planted,
Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth. 7 So then neither the one who
plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.
(NASB)

1Co 3:4 For when one says, "I am of Paul," and another, "I am of Apollos," are
you not mere men? 5 What then is Apollos? And what is Paul? Servants through
whom you believed, even as the Lord gave opportunity to each one. 6 I planted,
Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth. 7 So then neither the one who
plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.
(NASB)

I pasted it twice so you can see that I can paste it multiple times this way. I
can only paste from the software one time in any given document. I can't do it
again.
Today, I am reverting LibreOffice back to 6.1.6.x since I didn't seem to have
the issue with that version.
If you need a copy of WORDSearch Bible to test with, I think I can arrange to
get you a free copy for testing.
