CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; VCL: win; 
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: 

e.g.:
- open new spreadsheet
- enter A1: 1/2/  -> 01.02.19
- enter A1: 1/2/  -> 01.02.2019

but *not* reproducible with LO 6.1.6.3
