Description:
Installed Libreoffice 6.3 on Windows 8.1

Opened Libreoffice from Start

Program did not load and just hung.

- To get it running.

Had to open in safe mode, and in setting untick check box 
Click on configure
Then tick disable hardware acceleration (Open Gll . .....)

Would be good if it was disabled on installation???? or error message telling
one how to run what I did.

1. Run Libreoffice safe mode
2. Click on configure
3. Then tick disable hardware acceleration (Open Gll . .....)

Hangs

Running program
