Description:
The ability to select multi-row footnotes/endnotes by dragging down from the
left side of the document

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Click in the margin around footnote 1 & drag down (nothing selected)
3. Click in the margin around footnote 2 & drag down (from the left side)
(first line selected)

Actual Results:
With a single line footnote nothing selected
With a multi line footnote a single line selected

Expected Results:
Consistency with the selecting (compare 1/2) and functional selection


Reproducible: Always
