Description:
Undoing returns shrinks textbox, but text below it isn't following (needs a
save & reload)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 151936
2. Hold Enter inside the textbox (growing textbox). Text below is moving down
(OK)
3. Press & HOLD CTRL+Z 

Actual Results:
Text below textbox isn't moving up because of the Undo

Expected Results:
Initial layout
