Well, I had just installed LibO from flathub when I find that bug.

LibO flatpak package was never installed before.

Since flatpak versions have their own profile
(/home/user/.var/app/org.libreoffice.LibreOffice/config/libreoffice/4/user
instead of /home/user/.config/libreoffice/4/user), I'd say it was a brand new
profile :)
