Description:
I follow the the instructions in a help page, but it does not seem to have an
effect.
The list number font size is the the same for all headings, even though I set
it to be proportional

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set numbering style font size to 95%
2.create headings at different levels
3.

Actual Results:
number size is the same in all headings, is not proportional to the heading
font size.

Expected Results:
List number should vary according to font size of text


Reproducible: Always
