Description:
In draw, to drag an object in the gallery, you need to select it and keep
clicking for some time until the mouse cursor changes into a symbol
representing the drag action. On LibO6.2 with the KDE5 VCL you get a
"forbidden" symbol instead (until you start moving the object) which is very
confusing.
