Since commit mentioned in comment 75, the number of columns in Calc *is*
dynamic - and that's version 6.3. But that is inly the change of internal
allocation mechanics; the maximum number of columns that can be dynamically
allocated still remains 1024, so from end user's PoV, nothing changed.

Now what's remaining is iiuc (1) change one constant from 1k to 16k (a simple
part), and (2) decide how to keep compatible with older implementations
file-format-wise (including whole-row/whole-column references).
