Not just in the Customize dialog.
On Windows 10 with TDF builds.
The Vertical Text button control is already present on the Standard
toolbar--but it can not be set visible. Nor does it show when added to other
toolbars as above.
Found on current master / 6.4.0alpha0 and 6.2.4.2; verified it was working with
a 5.3.7 build.
