In continuation of #48887.

Please expose property
org.openoffice.Office.Common/Filter/HTML/Export/LocalGraphic in HTML filter
options in file save dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:
Try saving text file as HTML.

Actual Results:
option to embed graphics is not accessible in the dialog.

Expected Results:
option to embed graphics is accessible in the dialog.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
