@Scott : flatpak and PPA installs should be completely separate...at least that
is my understanding of the whole theory of flatpak installations.

Whether or not that has had an impact on your particular ODB file over time is
a whole other question.

However, PPA versions are unfortunately not the most reliable, as experience
has shown, time and time again, and as can be readily seen from other reports
posted in this bugzilla, on the Ask forum, and in the Ubuntu launchpad
bugtracker.
