The internal LibreOffice file dialog is easier and more reliable in use with
keyboard than the Gnome one on my OS.

OK, but also bring back the setting from Expert (*) to General
 Options > LibreOffice > Advanced > Expert config. .. search for dialog,
or better UseSystemFileDialog.
