Description:
error when using the wizard to create form and want to use an existing
relationship when create subform on backend Mysql 8.0 community

Actual Results:
no chain between tables

Expected Results:
chain between mainform and subform 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

To work around the error by manuele appoint relation
