Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Format -> Page Style -> Header/Footer -> Edit -> Title.
2. Click twice on the drop-down list.

Current Result:
The first click opens the drop-down list, but the second click does not close
it.

Expected Result:
The second click close the drop-down list.
