Hi Olivier,
as I see pasted image is anchored to To Cell (resize with cell)-

Doing auto resize on source cells, it reduce the cells size to the size of
their format text, and this is what happens at pasting, cell is auto-resized
and the image is adapted in accordance.

The best way that I have used it's to set up a large size font, so when the
cells are copied they carry the font size and resized properly.
