Description:
In calc, the replacement is slow when converting string to int.

Steps to Reproduce:
Create an empty calc.
I suppose that the decimal separator is ","
Fill about 200 000 cells with "A1.2".
Replace "A" by "" : time : 5s.
Replace "." by "," : time : 4 min with LibreOffice 6.2.4.2.
                     time : 8 min 30s with LibreOffice 6.4.0.0+Master.
Actual Results:
Slowdown

Expected Results:
No slowdown

Reproducible: Always
