            Bug ID: 123945
           Summary: UI FORMATTING Format->Paragraph->Tabs->Position entry
                    enters numbers right to left instead of left to right.
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: jonathan.kreider at gmail.com

Version: 6.2.1.2 (x64)
Build ID: 7bcb35dc3024a62dea0caee87020152d1ee96e71
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; VCL: win;
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: CL

I also confirmed the same behavior in 6.1.3.x

Format->Paragraph->Tabs->

When I try to type a number in the position field of the tab stop, it enters
the number from right to left instead of left to right. So when I enter 3.13
the result in the field is 31.3. This makes it terribly difficult to enter tab
stop positions accurately and correctly.

OS = Windows 10 Version 18.03
