General fidelity of text spans look good, but seems to be an issue with svgio
handling the clip-path stanzas for the bubbles.

@Telesto -- not a regression, as 4.4 was on the old SVG import filter which was
fully killed off for the svgio implementation [1]. Dropping the bibisect and
regression keywords.
