Sorry, I'm not an 'expert' at this sort of this.  I tried to download what I
thought was the correct file
(https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86@42/2019-03-10_23.54.40/libo-master~2019-03-10_23.54.40_LibreOfficeDev_6.3.0.0.alpha0_Win_x86.msi),
but Windows Defender would not let me run the file. I understand I may have to
'allow' it to run, but wanted to confirm I have the correct link.

would you post direct link to the update you are referring to?
