So I did some work to find the possible causes of this error.. and now i almost
99% sure that the reason for this error in the "new" Intel graphics drivers who
i installed from this PPA:

2-3 weeks later, i have some troubles with my new monitor and nb
intel-videocard and try solution for update my intel graphic driver from this

after update and auto install drivers from this PPA, he replace all my
pre-installed intel graphics drivers in ubuntu

p.s. ubuntu and many linux distros not have variants for remove or rollback or
simple replace intel graphics drivers after install new graphics drivers!! only
reinstall os may solve this problem, now i reinstall my os, and i hope that
this bug with Calc & Excel will be solved :-)
