So we can either open a new report with RFE for the requirement for LO to quote
field names, failing which they get converted by the firebird engine to
ALLCAPS, or else change the title here (which won't really reflect the initial
reporters observations).

My preference would be for a new bug report to be opened as RFE and close this
one as WFM, but I'm not forcing the issue as it is highly unlikely that I will
be fixing this.
