On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I could reproduce this.

Queries are ok except NIC4RatesPivotOld.
For last one, I got:
SQL Status: 42S02
Error code: 1146

(conn=93) (conn=93) Table 'NestedQueries.NIC4Rates' doesn't exist
