Tested on v6.2.1.2: Field display behavior has been changed in this version and
there is no longer a preview of the field data in the document.  Rather, when
turning off the Field Names in the View pull-down menu, the table fields are
shown instead of their contents.

Sadly, this seems to be a regression in feature to address the bug.  I assume
the bug can be closed now as the feature to see the actual field data rather
than the field name has been removed?  :-(
