Description:
Excel include the Function (In spanish, I don't know the version in English)
NUMERO.RUMANO. It converts numbers into roman numerals.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Write hte función.
2. Insert or select the arguments.
3. Obtaint convertion.

Actual Results:
The function does not exist

Expected Results:
Obtain error.
