Description:
Similar to #144164 the "topic" information can't be inserted through the menu
item "Insert > Field command > topic" (Einfügen > Weitere Feldbefehle > Thema)
in the iOS app.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create/open a document in the iOS app
2. Click the menu entry "Insert > Field command > Topic"

Actual Results:
The topic is not inserted (I don't know what should be inserted here).

Expected Results:
The correct item should be inserted.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
