Hello,
Thanks for reporting this issue.
We're aware of this problem and the damage files are already replaced (
although I might take a while until the mirror get updated )
For the time being, you can get the correct file from
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/win/x86/?C=S&O=D.
