Update icon increases menu bar height - screenshot

When update notification icon (restored in tdf#113205) appears, it increases
the height of the menu bar (by 4 pixels on my non-HiDPI monitor on Windows
using Colibre theme). The height increase is the same with small icons and with
extra large icons.

Install any extension of not-up-to-date version (e.g., MRI 1.3.3 from [1]), and
make screenshots of a LibreOffice window before and after the icon appears.

Tested with Version: 6.2.2.2 (x64)

Also reproducible with AOO 3.4.1 (but there, the increase was 2 pixels).
