Slower pasting of sheets

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. CTRL+A CTRL+C in slide panel
3. CTRL+N (New presentation)
4. Select slide panel & CTRL+V

Actual Results:
Takes 8-10 seconds

Expected Results:
Nearly instant like 4.4.7.2


Reproducible: Always
