LO vers is like I posted 4.3.x. When I click update it says it's uptodate. not
sure why it doesn't advise of ver 5 and 6.

Resolution:     1440 x 900 (Widescreen eXtended Graphics Array Plus)

I cleared the profile and LO reset a new user profile. 
Opened your sample ods.
everything displayed properly.
executed view->zoom->zoom-> changed custom to 85%
