Description:
A button in personalization icon is named "Select Theme" but helps to get
Firefox themes. The button should be renamed to "Select Firefox Theme"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools -> Options -> Personalization
2. look at Button
3.

Actual Results:
The button is named "Select Theme" and doesn't specify the user that it is for
inserting Firefox Theme

Expected Results:
The button should be named "Select Firefox Theme" to avoid confusion between
the button and it's working.
